Frequently asked questions

What should I look for in a gym jacket/coat?

Look for a gym jacket or coat made with breathable, moisture-wicking materials to keep you comfortable during and after workouts. It should offer a lightweight yet insulating design, ensuring flexibility and warmth while accommodating movement. Features like zippered pockets, adjustable hoods, and water-resistant fabrics add convenience and functionality for outdoor activities.
Can I wear Powerlete activewear as everyday clothing?

Yes, many people wear Powerlete activewear as everyday clothing thanks to the "athleisure" trend. High-quality activewear, like ours, is designed to be both functional for workouts and stylish enough for casual wear. Look for versatile pieces that can transition from the gym to daily activities.
Do I need to wear a sports bra under my workout shirt?

Yes, wearing a sports bra under your workout shirt is highly recommended. A good sports bra provides essential support and reduces discomfort during exercise, protecting your chest from strain. It’s designed to handle the impact of workouts in a way regular bras cannot, ensuring both comfort and functionality.
